Since 2015, I’ve been a graduate of Collège Ostéopathique Sutherland, following a five-year program compliant with current regulations. I began by working as an assistant and substitute to learn from more experienced practitioners.
I’ve practiced independently in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie since 2017. I prioritize communication with medical and paramedical colleagues to best support patients on their health journey.
In 2018, I traveled to India to train in HATHA YOGA, which I had been practicing since 2014. In India, yoga is a therapeutic practice (a branch of Ayurvedic medicine). I deepened my understanding of its philosophy, which also considers the practitioner as a whole.
Throughout my training, I focused on the world of early childhood and maternity. In my fourth year, I interned with a midwife. I also completed osteopathy internships with practitioners specializing in newborns and pregnant women. I am highly sensitive and skilled in supporting women during maternity and children’s growth.
The desire to understand how the human body functions in health and to help patients activate their healing systems. Understanding the body’s natural laws to restore balance.
Treating the patient as a whole is essential to me. Beyond my passion for anatomy and physiology, I place great importance on the human psyche, which impacts physical health just as physical health affects the psyche. I pay special attention to patient communication during sessions.
Believing that everything we need is found in nature, I enjoy offering natural, simple, and tailored advice to support full health.
« Finding health should be the doctor’s objective. Anyone can find disease. »

The consultation begins with a detailed interview to understand your concerns and review your medical history. It’s important to rule out conditions requiring prior medical consultation. In such cases, I may refer you to a medical professional.
My practice is gentle. I use structural techniques (which may involve ‘cracking’) only when absolutely necessary—almost never. There are always equally effective, less invasive methods to achieve the same result.
My practice is tissue-based, visceral, and fluid-focused, centering on the cranial system, which regulates the entire body. I work extensively with the cranial and hormonal systems, serving as a support point for the body to self-regulate under my hands. I emphasize listening to your emotions, as they aid in physical release.
I adapt techniques to each individual case.
At the end of the session, I like to share simple advice so patients can take an active role in their well-being.
Most health insurance plans now cover osteopathy consultations, either fully or partially. I provide a consultation certificate so you can claim reimbursement.
I’m fascinated by all aspects of life and well-being. I regularly pursue training on various health-related topics to deepen my personal understanding and enhance my practice.
De 2021 à 2024 - Dr Patrick Jouhaud
This is a powerful, subtle approach to life, representing the future of osteopathy. It is scientifically grounded in quantum physics and its recent advancements. Quantum physics research explains this fascinating fluid-based approach, which provides valuable insights for the body’s reharmonization and healing. Embryosteology reactivates the primitive forces of embryonic life, still present in our cells, to unlock their full potential and restore health. I use this approach only when the patient’s body is receptive and ready for it.
2019 - Manijeh Nouri
Taught by Manijeh Nouri, an author and teacher of Persian language and literature. She is also a sworn interpreter, translator, and Jungian psychoanalyst.
What Jungian analysis involves: Jung’s psychology is an individual therapy based on dream interpretation.
Carl Gustav Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, developed analytical psychology to distinguish it from Freud’s theories. Jung proposed an exploration of the unconscious and the soul—the inner life of the individual. His approach emerged from observing patients with psychological conditions such as depression and hysteria. Through these observations, he refined four major psychological types, each of which predominates in individuals. Jungian psychology involves investigating and exploring our inner world, which is why dreams—the most important tool in analytical psychology—are central. Dreams act as a bridge between the real world and the inner self.
I completed this training for personal development, to better understand the workings of the psyche—both my own and that of others. Beyond dream analysis, Jung’s psychological types help me tailor my approach to patients, allowing me to better understand them. I listen attentively to my patients to grasp their psychological functioning. While I do not analyze dreams during osteopathic sessions, I listen to them with particular care and empathy when shared. Attentive listening to dreams, even without analysis, facilitates the release of unconscious content hidden within them.

2018 - ARHANTA YOGA International School - India
Since 2018, I’ve been certified by ARHANTA YOGA International India in HATHA yoga, pranayama, meditation, and philosophy. I practice the therapeutic aspect of yoga, a branch of Indian Ayurvedic medicine. The ultimate goal of yoga in Hindu tradition is the liberation of the ego and spiritual awakening. On a practical level, the focus is on achieving health and well-being in body and mind.
The HATHA yoga I practice in sessions aims to restore and maintain mobility and flexibility in all parts of the body, using accessible postures that respect the practitioner’s overall health. This practice quickly brings general well-being, both physically and psychologically. Through yoga, I connect with osteopathy by offering tailored stretching and breathing advice, embracing the philosophy that everything is interconnected.
